PRECISION EQUIPMENT
To produce precision components to its own specification to support its manufacturing of conveyor systems. Automation machinery must be able to perform with precision and efficiency and rugged and dependable. Thus, AE has adopted a number of precision machineries and equipments. These equipment, such as CNC, Laser Cut, Turret Punch, Precision Cutting & Bending Machine and etc have been drawn from world established plant vendor including AMADA, OKURA and MAZAK from Japan, Germany and US.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
Another of AE's high value added manufacturing activities is that its capability extends to the higher technology activity of designing electrical control systems for its material handling systems. AE provides the electrical control system which coordinates the flow and speed of materials handled by its conveyor systems through a programmable logic controller (PLC). Today, AE is gradually introducing the PC link system using SCADA feature whereby the process control is linked to a computer. This has much improve the productivity and efficiency of each of its material handling systems produced.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
AE believes that by providing machinery to its client is only the beginning of the working relation. It is the after-sales support that will be needed most when production gets underway. As a result, AE have put together a comprehensive after sales service program to meet all customers' needs. These include repair & maintenance services both in factory side and customer premises, carry out routine machinery checking, expanding & upgrading plant, provide consultancy and other support services to ensure that the customer achieve maximum productivity.

BELT VULCANIZING SERVICE
AE has the expertise and full set of equipment to perform site joint as well as in house belt Vulcanizing of all types of belts. It is supported by technicians trained by internationlly renown companies such as Bando of Japan.
