Compaq Computer (Thailand) Limited was established in February 1994 as a subsidiary of Compaq Computer Corporation, the world's second largest computer company.
Compaq Computer (Thailand) main activities involve sales and marketing of Compaq products, solutions and world-class service in Thailand.
In 1997, Compaq Computer acquired Tandem Computers Inc. following with the acquisition of Digital Equipment Corporation in 1998. The synergy strengthens Compaq's enterprise capabilities in business critical solution offering with a powerful global service capability.
