a wholly owned subsidiary of Electronic Data Systems Corporation. Previously,
from 1994 to 1996, EDS provided services in Thailand via a joint venture.

management, system implementation and process reengineering. We continue to hire
and develop talented local people. Our 80 employees come with high education as
