In 1995, a Management Buy Out (MBO) was engineered by the existing
management in Thailand. It was at this point that the IPM group of
Companies was established. On 4th January 1999 IPM Asset Management Ltd.
was formed as a subsidiary and this served to strengthen our presence in
South East Asia, where IPM has its main Asian Head Office in Bangkok,
Thailand. In 2001, as part of our continued expansion programme, IPM
Holdings Ltd. formed a wholly owned international finance company
"Worldwide Monetary Services Ltd" which provides short term bridging
finance for special purposes and existing client's needs. Also in the
same year, IPM bought a major shareholding in an offshore investment
company
