The company was established in 1985 as RM Asia Consultants Ltd. Its
management team has been doing business in Thailand and regional markets
for more than four decades.
Associated trading companies and branches were opened in Cambodia in
1991, Laos in 1994, Myanmar in 1995 and East Timor in 2000, Afghanistan
in 2002. The Indochina operations include investments in manufacturing,
distribution and servicing of construction equipment, vehicles.
In 2002 the group opened Mazda City Co., Ltd. which operates dealerships
for the sales and service of Mazda motor vehicles in Bangkok.
