When you first become a user, one of Bangkok Companies senior associates will call on you, install the database on your computer and test-drive it with you.

Updates are made on a monthly basis. A new cd will be delivered by courier every month to our Bangkok company clients. Out of Thailand clients will receive a mailed copy or courier delivery can be arranged.
