Engineer/Project Manager, I managed projects, which
required adapting our generic object controller computer
to control railway signaling and switching equipment in
accordance with customer requirements while adhering to
CENELEC safety standards. My duties were to capture
requirements, develop time plans, set milestones,
allocate responsibilities to team members, call meetings
to discuss the team’s progress, control project
documentation using a control management database
program, coordinate with my counterparts in other
countries, create weekly & monthly reports, design &
safety review documents and create project specific
documents such as requirement specifications, interface
specifications, application information, functional
specifications, test specifications, etc. I was also
involved in the adaptation activities of the generic
