As a Senior Applications Engineer/Project Manager, I managed projects, which required adapting our generic object controller computer to control railway signaling and switching equipment in accordance with customer requirements while adhering to CENELEC safety standards.  My duties were to capture requirements, develop time plans, set milestones, allocate responsibilities to team members, call meetings to discuss the team’s progress, control project documentation using a control management database program, coordinate with my counterparts in other countries, create weekly & monthly reports, design & safety review documents and create project specific documents such as requirement specifications, interface specifications, application information, functional specifications, test specifications, etc.  I was also involved in the adaptation activities of the generic computer system.  (June 06, 2001 – July 31, 2004)

As the Export Manager, I was responsible for interfacing directly with the customers, the Managing Director, and the Shipping Department.  Duties included responding to customers’ inquiries regarding shipping schedules and quality claims, providing product information & prices to customers, contacting potential new customers, maintaining our customer & orders database, making Sales Contracts, Proforma Invoices, and Commercial Invoices, etc.  (July, 1997 – August, 1999)
