Learning Thai Script CD details courtesy of Dreadened

A great CD for beginners or those wanting to revise, this CD teaches the Thai alphabet, including pronunciation and tones. The program is very well done and includes some games to help you revise. Developed by The Multimedia Interactive Learning Laboratory in conjunction with the National Thai Studies Centre at the Australian National University and is published by Allen & Unwin. A demo version is available from the web site for downloading. (Note: Does not require Thai versions of Windows or a Thai keyboard.)

Price: Baht 999 / AUS $49.95
Requires: Windows 3.1 or Windows 95
486 Processor, 4MB memory
CD-Rom, Sound Card
Mac also supported.

I own the "TALK NOW! - Learn Thai" CD-ROM from Eurotalk Interactive (www.eurotalk.co.uk)

and find it very well suited for me. (I attended 180 hours at AUA so far.) It is for PC and Mac. It

supports many languages for the interface, including American and British English, French, German,

Dutch, Greek and even Thai (!). Recommended for beginners.
