Company’s Activities :
This small family outlet was set up in 1989 to cater for our regular
customers in Parkway Mini Steamboat during their renovation work
in 1990 since Parkway’s inception in 1986. The theme/idea of this
outlet is to serve steamboat for one person and the soup base was
created to suit the local consumers’ palette. This gave rise to
the 1st Tom Yam steamboat in Singapore, which was propagated further,
into a trend in many other cuisines like Tom Yam Pizza and Tom Yam
Noodle.
After 10 years of continued support from our customers, this only
restaurant outlet of the 3 which is all foodcourt-based has innovated
creative homely dishes and delicacies to complement the steamboat,
We serve live seafood like lobster, Canadian Dungeness crab, geoduck,
pacific oysters and live tiger prawns. Our all time popular fish
glue, shrimp dumplings and house seafood balls were always a favourite.
And the sizzling Tom Yam soup and our freshly homemade chilli sauce
is a trademark of our signature cuisine.
