our staff are licensed and certified by the Ministry of the Environment
under the Control of Vectors & Pesticides Act 1998. And they
have undergone training course conducted by the ENV and are able
to work independently and professionally and are able to deal
with any pest problems they encounter. The pesticides we are using
are approved for use in the commercial and residential building
by the ENV.

Soil Treatment
Soil Treatment is the most effective and
cost-efficient form of subterranean termite
prevention. The process involves treating the
soil beneath the entire building, during the
pre-construction stage with repellant or
non-repellant termiticide.

Corrective Treatment
Also known as Slab Injection,
this is the next best preventive
measure for subterranean termite
control. This process consists
of drilling through the floor
slab and injecting termiticide
solution into the soil. Applying
of termiticides to the soil
around the exterior foundation
creates a complete treated zone
or chemical barrier around the
existing buildings and
