company secretarial services $100.00 per month

chargeable) attending AGM and producing minutes

list of dividends payable & dividend vouchers based

Notices of meetings based on company's instructions
i.e. Directors' Meetings,
Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings
Preparing
Schedules of Dividends Declared and issuing the Subsidiary
