pumps as well as air-operated double diaphragm pumps CAPMAR
MACHINERY PTE LTD was incorporated in 1993 with the objective
of distributing pumps and accessories for chemical and chemical
related applications. Singapore, being an environmental conscious
nation, requires companies discharging any form of chemical waste,
to have it treated beforehand. This is to ensure that there is
no environmental pollution. Chemical pumps are needed for such
applications.
Our
company had a very humble beginning. It started off with only
3 staff and with little experience on this trade. The founder
of the company was in the marine engineering business for several
years and with limited exposure to chemical applications. Equipped
with the knowledge on how pumps work made us come forward into
this new business. The next step was even harder. Being a new
company with no credential, it was indeed difficult for us to
find a manufacturer willing to go along with us on their products.
We worked hard and after a couple of months some overseas manufacturers
understood our resolve to succeed. They offered limited range
of their products for us to sell locally. Thanks to them we slowly
but surely learned and have come a long way since to establish
ourselves in this field.
Today,
we distribute and stock a wide range of pumps for chemical and
chemical-related applications. Our product lines include chemical
metering pumps, magnetic-drive seal-less pumps, flexible impeller
self-priming pumps, vertical plastic pumps as well as air-operated
double diaphragm pumps. Our principals are from Japan, USA, Italy
and Taiwan.
In
1995 we shifted to a larger premises with a reasonable-sized store
and maintenance/repair workshop all under one roof. Our staff
strength was also increased over the years. Besides promoting
sales we also emphasised a lot on after sales services, such as
attending to customers' operating problems, repair and maintenance,
as well as conducting pumps testing. Our customer base has also
increased greatly. Our clients include multinationals, governmental
organisations, contractors as well as re-sellers. We also have
our own sales and administration office in Indonesia and an associate
office in Malaysia.
We
are an ISO 9002 certified company.

CHEMIPON
B SERIES
Chemipon B Series are mechanically driven diaphragm-type metering
pumps. The pumps are very compact in size and available in 7 sizes
with capacity ranging from 1.5 lit/hr to 64.2 lit/hr. The diaphragm
head materials are either in PVC or Stainless Steel. These series
are also the most economical range of metering pumps available
on the market. They are also more reliable than the small electronic-driven
metering pump.
These metering
pumps are widely used in wastewater treatment, air-condition cooling
tower, swimming pool, boiler chemical feed, food industry as well
as various chemical-dosing applications.

CHEMIPON
N SERIES
Chemipon N Series are solenoid-driven diaphragm-type metering
pumps. The NH Series is with multifunction facilities, ideal for
automatic dosing from various external signals. The NS Series
is a simpler version and is suitable either for continuous dosing
with manual adjustment or for dosing proportional to a signal
from a flow meter.
The capacity
is from 20 ml/min to 400 ml/min. The diaphragm head materials
are available in PVC, PVDF, PTFE or Stainless Steel.

ADONY AH
SERIES
Adony AH Series are heavy duty, mechanically driven diaphragm-type
metering pumps. These pumps are designed and manufactured to be
durable for handling most of the chemicals in chemical plant,
water supply, sewage system, disposal treatment, plant drainage
system, etc. The diaphragm
head materials are in PVC, PVDF or Stainless Steel. The capacity
is from 2.1 lit/hr to 1860 lit/hr.

EIKOFLEX
FP SERIES
It is also known as Monoflex in Japan and some other countries.
These are flexible impeller rotary pumps and the number one seller
in Japan. These pumps are self-priming, anti-corrosive and suitable
for slurry, oily and viscous liquids. The pump construction is
stainless steel and the impellers are either in Neoprene or Nitrile.
Food grade impellers are also available for pumping of edible
products.
The pump sizes
are from 1/4" to 21/2" diameter and capacity of up to
600 lit/min. The pump can also be fitted with variable speed motor
to meet different fluid viscosity as well as for metering purpose.

pumps. Since establishment a decade ago, the company continuously embarks
on research and development of new products at the same time improving

Pan World's products are now marketed in many parts of the world.
It has a very strong presence in many European and Asian countries.
Some of their products are being sold under original equipment manufacturers
nameplate.
Pan World's complete ranges of pumps cover almost every chemical transfer
equipment, from the smallest pump for photographic development to large
capacity pump use in the transfer of very aggressive chemicals. Pan
World magnetic-drive pumps are widely used in wastewater treatment,
printed-circuit board machine, electroplating, semiconductor, scrubber

The PX Series is the smallest model. It is available in PP, PVDF

is the entry-level pump for general applications. The maximum

The PW Series pumps are in PP material. Generally, they are being
used for the transfer of less aggressive and moderate temperature
liquids. But, they are still well suited for many types of chemicals.
The maximum capacity is over 500 lit/min.

The PW-F Series share the same configuration as that of the PW
Series. But, the material is in ETFE (Teflon). They are suitable
for most types of chemical application, including temperature
of up to 90°C.

These are ETFE material pumps with metal housing, heavy-duty construction
and suitable for almost all types of chemical application. The
maximum capacity is available up to 1500 lit/min and discharge

performance. The pump material is ETFE in metal housing. These

AS/NT SERIES
These are
centrifugal pump, vertical axis, single-stage support plate, column
pipe with overhung impeller and coupled to electric motor.
The capacity
is available up to 90 m3/hr and the maximum discharge head is
40m. The suction height is from 300mm to 3000mm, without intermediate
bearings or positive seals. The pumps are fitted with PTFE-filled
bushings fluxed by the pumped liquid. The material of construction
is available in PP, PVC or PVDF.

MA SERIES
Pumps for foodstuffs, with wide suction chamber, devoid of any
product stagnation point. All parts in contact with the product
are in finely glazed stainless steel. Suction and outlet connections
are threaded conforming to DIN 11851 norms.
The rubber
stator is directly vulcanised inside a steel pipe, in order to
avoid different rotations while pumping. The special telescopic
assembling allows the quick disassembly of the whole pump without
need to act on support and motorization, which makes particularly
easy the inspection to all parts for cleaning and/or maintenance.

MI SERIES
Industrial pumps of stout construction suitable for heavy duty.
The section and seal chambers and the outlet connection, obtained
from casting, can be in stainless steel or cast iron.
Rotating parts
in stainless steel. Flange inlet and outlet connections conformed
to UNI 2223 PN16 norms. The rubber stator is directly vulcanised
inside a steel pipe, in order to avoid different rotations while
pumping. The special telescopic assembling allows the quick disassembly
of the whole pump without need to act on support and motorization,
which makes particularly easy the inspection to all parts for
cleaning and/or maintenance.

PE & PTFE
- superior plastics
The fact that polyethylene (PE) has a wear resistance 6-7 times
higher than polypropylene and 1.5 times higher than steel makes
the PE pump ideal for abrasive slurries. The chemical resistance
is also great for PE, but the PTFE pump does even resist the most
aggressive liquids such as concentrated nitric acid. TR9 and
TR20
Models TR9 and TR20 with capacities of 9 litres/minute and 20
litres/minute. Suitable for applications requiring the transfer
of small volumes of aggressive chemicals, with the advantages
of air driven diaphragm pumps. Available in PTFE, EPDM or NBR
diaphragms (only PTFE diaphragms for TR9) they offer the same
chemical resistance as the larger pumps.
T50 and
T100
Models T50 and T100 with capacities from 50 litres/minute to 100
litres/minutes are suitable for use in process installations.
Self-priming, corrosion resistant, the ability to run dry without
damage, and the easy flow regulation are all characteristics that
make Tapflo Diaphragm Pumps a reliable component of any system.
T200 and
T400
The series T200 and T400 with capacities of 200 litres/minute
and 400 litres/minute for continuous or intermittent duty are
the largest Tapflo Diaphragm Pumps produced in PE and PTFE.
