OUR ORGANISATION
Established in 1990 to supply and install air-conditioners and
mechanical ventilation, Natural cool has since expanded our scope
to include retail, wholesale, import & export, maintenance & repair,
turn key projects and last but not least, public and private tenders.
We have also increased our product range to include air-conditioning
related materials, clean air products, precision air-conditioners
etc.
Currently, we are supplying products of the following brands:
DAIKIN, NATIONAL, SANYO, MITSUBISHI, LG, MCQUAY, FUJITSU GENERAL,
TOSHIBA, SAMSUNG, YORK, TRANE, HITACHI, BMI, PROFLEX, THERMALFLEX
AC etc.
We strive to maximize customer satisfaction through continuous
improvement. We are constantly upgrading the knowledge and skills
of all level of our staff to keep up with advancements. All these
are reflected in our commitment to the ISO9001 model for quality
assurance on design, development, production, installation and
servicing. We achieved the ISO 9001 Quality System Management
Certification since 1998 and we are not stopping there. We
will continue to innovate and improve ourselves further.
With more than 100 staff and a fleet of more than 40 vehicles,
we are quite confident that we are able to meet all requirements
and to satisfy all customers from all areas. We have some operations,
though very minor for now, in countries such as Vietnam, Myanmar
and Indonesia. We are also keen to link up up with regional partners
to expand our operations into other parts of the world and to
share our experiences and resources. We look forward to the new
era.
