Solarsys
Microsystems was incorporated in 1992. Our initial business
was mainly in selling Personal Computers, PC peripherals
and networking products. Over the years, Solarsys has been
appointed authorised dealers/resellers of numerous products
which then established our "corporate & retail" business.
Solarsys has a showroom in Funan The IT Mall, #05-43 where
we showcase the products we represent, and operate our retailing
activity.
Over
the same period, we put in effort to acquire the necessary
knowledge and built-up expertise in providing networking
solutions. We were subsequently made Business Partners of
DIGITAL & later IBM as a "System Integration" BPR.
Solarsys
has been a system integrator for more than three (3) years
now, focusing primarily on providing complete LAN solutions
to Corporate Users, both SME and MNC. Our LAN solutions
generally involve setting up network infrastructure based
on Windows NT and/or Novell Netware, and would usually include
e-mail & messaging services, Internet Access and Office
LAN-to-LAN Connectivity.
In 1997, we added a Business Solutions Group, as part of
our continuous effort to value-add IT solutions for our
clients. Solarsys recognises that the only way to stay ahead
of the highly competitive and dynamic IT market is to continue
to differentiate ourselves from the largely "box selling"
low-margin business activities, focus on offering higher
value-added application-specific solutions in the targeted
market segments, and establish close relationships with
industry leaders. And with Solarsys' existing resources,
infrastructure and expertise, we have decided to consolidate
our solution offerings and pay particular attention to SME's
requirements. Currently we have to offer: "Client Management"
solutions (eg. for childcare management & card-members management),
"Accounting" solutions (eg. ACCPAC's Simply Accounting &
INTUIT Quickbooks) and "Point-of-Sales" solution (with INTUIT
QuickPOS).
