  • Area’s I acquired acquisitions from included: NSW (The Entrance, Terrigal and Beecroft): QLD (Coolum, Sunshine Coast): Melbourne (South Bank).  
  • On an international scope, I brought projects in from Korea (Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering) Iran Jiya, Indonesia (Oil Field Project) and various other commodity contracts including coal, scrap metal and chick peas from China, India and Russia.
  • I was also responsible for meeting clients upon arrival chatting about their project and what our firm could do for them. I had the responsibility of compiling their resume, their project plans and their feasibility study.
  • At this stage clients where handed over to the relationship managers to arrange for fixed price building contracts, valuations, option contracts, assets and liability statements, certified feasibility statements and other documentation.
  • I was responsible for overseeing that documentation was all collected. Once all documentation was collected and key criteria was satisfied the commercial manager would go over the documentation and forward it onto the lenders.
  • Some projects funded included a sub division at Warhope NSW, large block of units at Terrigal; options on various blocks of land and a scrap metal contract.
