Only a very few Thai universities schools and other Thai educational institutions offer Thai language courses or Thai Studies programs for foreigners. More are joining the list as they realize the value of foreign currency earnings.

Studying Thai at a Thai university or school is however very different to what one might expect in the west. I would like to invite users of this site to contribute their stories and experiences so that we all may be 'enlightened' and make our choices wisely if we elect to study in a Thai course here in Thailand.
