G.S. Ceramics Co.Ltd. - Many of the heavy
industries being promoted by the Thai Government requires the melting of iron
ore or other metals by means of a furnace or kiln. The refractory brick,
being the major construction material for the furnace, is therefore vital to
these industries. G.S. Ceramics has been granted promotional privileges from the
Board of Investment and has received valuable technical SUPPORT from MIINO YOGYO
Company of Japan on the training of G.S.C.'s personnel.
Our prime objective is the production of superior refractory bricks, using
high-quality local and imported raw materials. We also maintain a modern
fully-equipped laboratory for quality control to ensure a consistent quality
that meets international standards and for the ongoing research and development
of better products. Our engineers and technicians are available to provide
consultation and to work with our clients to meet their specific requirements.
It has been our consistent aim to produce high quality refractory bricks
according to international standards.
The raw materials used in the manufacture of the refractory bricks are
selected very carefully, with close attention being paid to the chemical and
physical properties of the materials. During the manufacturing process, from raw
materials to finished products, quality control is strictly exercised. This
covers proportioning, grain sizing, moisture content as well as firing function
of the manufacturing process.
Routine checks are made to the measurements of dimension, weight, chemical
analysis and physical properties. The G.S. Ceramics Company has built one of the
most modern laboratories around. The purpose is to control the quality and at
the same time to do research and development for the highest standards and
superior quality.Products: Refractory
