fabric weaving manufacturer located in Thailand. For more than 18 years

exporting elastic manufacturer.
Today, U-Thong Elastic Co., Ltd. evolved into being of the worlds
largest professional manufacturer of narrow fabrics and waist band
elastic having standard certificate from ISO 9000:2001. U-Thong unique
waistband is the driving force behind our quality features. Over past
years of experience, professional designers and the technicians has
consistently pursuing breakthroughs in technical fields into creating
new unique waistband for the worldwide market. From there we
incorporated a serious of innovations to improve the style and

state-of-art machinery and testing equipments have helped us reach a

One of U-Thong largest production line is the narrow fabric weaving
department using computerized mechanism modules imported from Staubli
which maintain the lowest quality failure rate but giving high volume
production capacity. Other product line includes printed elastics, plain
elastics, crochet knitting department, in-house covering, warping,
elastic and yarn color dying department. We also provide an extensive
packing service to prepare the products for shipment just the way
customers wish to receive them. U-Thong management concept is also to
train the workforce team of all departments with education programs to
make sure that every single employee is performing all tasks in firm
steps and professional manner. With the advanced production equipments,
machines, and professional staff allows us to provide satisfying quality
