The Book Club Finance Public Company Limited was founded on December 24, 1971 by The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited for the initial purpose of supplementing the Bank’s banking services. The company was subsequently registered as the Public Company Limited in September, 1994 and was listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand since October, 1995.
At present The Book Club is the financial institution offering high efficiency services to all clients. It also places and emphasis on the importance of good coporate governance
