aircraft interior equipment industry. Driessen is the leader in the global
market of galley equipment (trolleys, container and other inserts) for catering
on civil aircrafts.
Furthurmore, Driessen is one of the major suppliers of aircraft galleys and
other interior structures and interior parts. The company serves virtually all
the world's major airlines and airframe manufacturers. Driessen's products are
sold also in related market of trains, shipping and service industry. Next to
this, the line of products includes aircargo equipment for the handling of
airfreight.
The Driessen Group is headed by Driessen Aircraft Holding, located in
Wieringerwerf, The Netherlands. The same site houses major manufacturing
facilities for galleys and galley equipment. Other manufacturing facilities are
based in Great Britain, In Thailand two major manufacturing facilities take care
of production and shipping of galleyequipment (Trolleys,Container etc.), Mexico
and the USA. Customers are served worldwide from Driessen's sale and services
offices in Europe, America and Asia. Close to 1,900 people are employed by
