Compensation Surveys
MERC Compensation Surveys have been conducted annually since 1981.
Using the compensation report for your industry, you will be able to compare pay
for each of your current positions with market rates when promoting or
recruiting employees. Most companies also purchase our All Companies Report. The
larger sample size in this report enables companies to gauge movements in pay
and benefits more precisely by comparing Industry base and total compensation
with All Companies base and total compensation by benchmark, function and
seniority level.
