Company Profile: Mata Hari located close to the heart of
Pattaya's sparkling night life is an intimate European
restaurant where the ambiance is casual elegance. It offers a
comprehensive menu with traditional and innovative dishes from
all over Europe with a strong leaning to the Mediterranean. |

Starters include among others oysters grilled with bacon, sea
scallops on creamed spinach with cheese sauce, warm goats cheese salad with
almonds and honey-vinaigrette, home made chicken liver pate, fresh asparagus
with Black Forest ham and egg-butter, spinach and ricotta ravioli, tiger prawns
in virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, garlic and chillies etc.
Seafood The restaurant is well known for it's direct imports of fish and
fish-delicacies often not seen in Thailand such as: smoked eel, raw herring,
Beluga caviar, smoked trout, monkfish, turbot, Dover sole or salmon steak.
Main Courses. To maintain our high standard we use beef, veal and lamb from the
U.S., Australia and New Zealand. Try for example our grilled veal rib steak with
Gorgonzola sauce, lamb rump steak in garlic, mint and rosemary gravy or sirloin
in brandy and green peppercorn sauce. Of course we have poultry on the menu as
well: duck with stewed apples in apple cider cream sauce, grilled quails with
sauerkraut or chicken fillet with smoked ham, baby tomatoes and grilled
Mozzarella.
Thai Food. For Thai food lovers we also have a Thai menu with a well balanced
variety of delicious and exciting dishes.
Drinks & Desserts.
Drinks. Complementing your meal is a carefully chosen wine list with wines from
the old and new world or if you prefer we have a wide selection of local and
imported beers, spirits and liqueurs.
Desserts. Provide the magic touch to finish a wonderful meal at Mata Hari. It is
hard to decide what to choose: frozen mocha and hazelnut meringue, Grand Marnier
parfait, chocolate cake with warm vanilla Sauce, creme brulee Amaretto or sorbet
and ice creams all made in house free of colorings, additives or preservatives.
Mata Hari ia a favourite amongst the local expats and has been recently quoted
by the Pattaya Mail as the restaurant where the customers come back time after
time. The restaurant was established in December 1996 and has been under the
same experienced Dutch management since opening. I look forward to welcome you
soon in Mata Hari.
