Monopoly provides its clients with a full complement of services.
The scope of services for each and every program may vary depending on the
complexity of the tasks on hand.
These services are generally divided into several key development phases:
Phase One Consultation
To establish the outline of the brief.
To acquaint ourselves with the context of your business, your products, your
services, your target audience and your objectives.
To also acquaint ourselves with the activities of your competitors.
To undertake, where necessary, a visual and operational audit of your business.
To undertake, where necessary, qualitative and/or quantitive research.
To present, by way of a creative, media, marketing and implementation strategy,
a proposal of costs and timeframes.
To provide an itemisation/estimate of auxiliary services such as: Copy Writing,
Editing, Photography, Stock Shot usage, Illustration, Animation, Public
Relations, Media Planning and Placement, Art Direction, Product Sourcing, and so
on.
To provide general guidelines as to production specifications such as:
Reproduction Techniques, Quantities, Paper Stocks, Sizes, Pagination, Colours,
and so on.
Phase Two Preliminary Creative
To prepare initial creative direction by way of written and visual studies.
To present preliminary design ideas by way of colour visuals and mood boards.
To prepare initial drafts and/or ideas of supporting auxilliary services.
To determine a specific creative direction by way of consultation and
discussion.
Phase Three Creative Development
To undertake, and present, a sustained program of developmental/refinement
stages by way of visuals until an appropriate concept is determined and
approved.
To refine, and where appropriate execute, supporting auxiliary services.
To more clearly define production specifications.
Phase Four Creative Finalisation
To prepare a definitive set of highly finished visuals.
To complete all appropriate auxiliary services such as: Copy Writing,
Photography, Illustration and so on.
To finalise all production specifications.
To determine, where necessary, all guidelines associated with the final design.
Phase Five Artworks
To produce all Master Artworks in preparation for Pre-Production Phase.
To prepare, where necessary, a set of production guidelines associated with the
final design.
Phase Six Pre-Production
To produce films, separations, proofing and samples prior to Production Phase.
Phase Seven Production
To produce and deliver the final product. |
