Company Profile: Nakornchai Air Co, Ltd. (NCA) is a medium-sized
domestic bus transportation operator in Thailand. It was established in
1986 with the determination and clear vision of the founders to found a
high quality means of transportation for domestic travel.
In the early years, the company service was limited to 2 routes,
Bangkok-Khon Kaen and Bangkok-Ubon Ratchathani with 20 buses in
operation and then expanded to 4 routes: Ubon Ratchathani – Chiang Mai,
Ubon Ratchathani – Rayong, Chiang Mai – Rayong, Pattaya – Mae Sai, in
In 1998, NCA has more than 130 buses in operation covering provinces in
almost every region in Thailand. NCA's Bangkok–Chiang Mai became a new
travel option for residents in the Northern Thailand.
Apart from the expansion of services, NCA has been a pioneer in bringing
new information technology to bus transportation business. In 1992, NCA
is the first company to launch an online reservation and ticketing
service. Other initiatives include lunch-box service, automatic massage
chair, the NCA station restoration project, etc.
Currently, NCA serves several hundred thousands passengers per year with
daily departures to more than 30 provinces across the country and more
than 500 hostesses. Our buses are on service 24 hours a day. One of the
most important factors supporting our rapid growth is the strong
intention of NCA staff to develop the service to best serve our
customers. Renowned for the accuracy of the travel schedules, NCA always
leaves on scheduled time no matter how little our passengers are.
