Processing Center Company Limited founded in 1988 as a join
venture company between the two biggest banks in Thailand – Bangkok Bank and
Kasikorn Bank , and the leader trading Company – Saha Union. Our business is to
provide a shared-IT Infrastructure to local and international banks, as well as
other financial institutes in banking and finance industry. PCC data center
initially functioned as a disaster recovery computer center for member bank .
With our stability and superior service commitment, consequently, banks are
confident that PCC service is an ideal infrastructure that could help them much
more than just a back-up center. To date, a number of technological resource
pool projects have been trustfully assigned to PCC. Our products and services
are inclusive of being the computer processing center for inter-bank payment
services e.g. ATM Pool, Inter-bank fund-transfer services.
To foresee the revolution of banking business on the e-Infrastructure, a group
of banks and PCC have envisioned that the trend of electronic commerce is
increasing, as business tends to adopt information technology to meet
international standard and to be competitive. In this regard, to serve business
needs, a group of member banks and PCC have seen the opportunity to facilitate
local Banking community to lower down its operation cost and simplify customers'
e-payment process. By rising up the e-Payment Gateway, PCC inter-bank payment
infrastructure has been further strengthened and serves as the real mean of
high-valued inter-bank e-payment service for e-Business. The infrastructure has
been security proven as PCC realized and played a leading role in the private
sector to set up the Thai Digital ID Certification Authority (CA) in order to
provide the Public Key Security Infrastructure for all e-Business relying
