Spansion (Thailand) Limited, formerly known as AMD (Thailand)
Limited, was founded in July 1984 with a registered paid-up capital of 235
million baht and currently boasts assets of over one billion baht.
Spansion (Thailand) Limited's operations include both thte assembly and testing
of Spansion (TM) FLASH memory products for export. The company employs just over
1,300 employees. Spansion (Thailand) Limited became ISO 9002 certified in 1992,
ISO 14001 certified in November 1999, and QS 9000 certified in February 2000.
Since it first started operations in 1989 the company has been the recipient of
many local and internal awards for productivity, quality, human resources
