Foodservice products are purchased from local, regional and
international sources. We resell and distribute from our computerized warehouse
and trucking operation located in the central port area of Bangkok. Our
inventory is built on achieving variety, quality and freshness for the products
used in your foodservice business. Some products for restaurants and retail
grocery outlets are pre-cut on-site at S.F.S. particularly meats and seafood.

Our products are stored in 1650 square meters of refrigerators (humidity
controlled) and freezers, and 2000 square metres of ambient warehouses. Food
processing areas are maintained for portion filleting and packing of selected
seafood and meat products. These 'value added' departments enable us to produce
products that are custom-designed for specific customer requests. Electric
forklift trucks and powerjacks are used for stocking shelves and collecting
orders. Most inventory sku's are stocked in flow racks that ensure proper FIFO
rotation of perishable goods.Hours of operation: The warehouse is staffed by
morning, afternoon and night shift personnel.
INVENTORY TRACKING TECHNOLOGY
All order assembly and inventory replenishment is coordinated using our custom
tracking system that is increasingly based on bar code technology.
Our in-house fleet of large (10 wheel), medium size (6 wheel) and small express
trucks (4 wheel) uses a computerized record-keeping and route management system
to track delivery information efficiently. With these temperature controlled
refrigerator and freezer trucks we deliver all products at optimum freshness.
We serve the foodservice product needs of about 1,500 institutional, commercial
and retail customers including restaurants, hotels, institutions, cafeterias,
retail grocery outlets and other food service establishments.
