PRINCIPAL PRODUCTS
SCREWS FOR PRECISION INSTRUMENTS (JCIS No. 0 & 00 recess)
Since these precision screws were incorporated into the standards of JCIS
(Japanese Camera Industrial Standard) developed by Tokyo Byokane, our #0 JCIS
screws have enjoyed a continuously increasing acceptance in many areas of
manufacturing. In response to the world-wide demand for even smaller screws, we
were proud to develop and introduce the #00 cross recess screw. Both of these
fasteners–noted for their exact standards, precise cold heading, clean recess
punches and thread forms-have enjoyed immediate acceptance and success. Our
ability to mass produce these parts and distribute them efficiently has enabled
us to provide higher quality finished products at a lower cost to our customers.
MACHINED PARTS
To meet the more complicated demands of our customers, we have equipped our
plants with the latest screw machines. This enables us to produce parts with an
extremely high degree of precision while maintaining small minimum lot
quantities at competitive costs. An example of these high quality parts would be
the shafts and lead screws that are now part of our everyday life in information
processing devices, Multi-media systems and Audio & Video equipment.
STAMPED (pressed) PARTS
Throughout the Far East and many other parts of the world, the Byokane Group of
companies is enjoying an excellent reputation for supplying stamped parts of
remarkable quality and low cost. We produce much smaller and more intricate
parts than our competition – parts that are used, for example: in camera, video
and watch assemblies. Even orders for small quantities can be filled while
keeping the pricing reasonably low.
SPRINGS
At a glance, springs may seem like very simple mechanisms, they either push or
pull.
However, to produce a quality spring that will function properly requires a
great deal of technological expertise and know how. We have a specialized coil
spring factory in China where we are applying our production skills to achieve
the development of precision spring products of the highest quality.
DIE-CAST PARTS
We are actively involved in the manufacture of die-cast products employing our
own unique R & D capabilities. If you are searching for a supplier who can work
