AWT International (Thailand) Limited is part of Australian Water
Technologies Pty Ltd, the trading subsidiary of Sydney Water Corporation. Sydney
Water is a government owned corporation that has been providing water and
wastewater services to the Sydney region for more than 110 years. It is now the
largest and most innovative water utility in Australia.
Sydney Water Corporation, with its subsidiary, has been actively involved in
water related projects throughout the Asia-Pacific region for the last ten
years.
AWT International (Thailand) Limited was formed in May 2002 as part of Sydney
Water’s long-term commitment to Thailand and the surrounding region. The
experience, capability and systems of Sydney Water will be delivered in Thailand
through the Thai Company for both current and future contracts. AWT
International (Thailand) Limited will work with local companies, using local
resources and products where appropriate for projects.
The company utilizes the extensive experience of the Group developed through
working with a diverse range of organizations, including private companies,
water operating authorities, national and municipal governments in Australia,
New Zealand, China, Fiji, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore and
Thailand.
