Thailand Auction Companies sell
surplus goods, mainly property that has been seized from bankrupt
businesses. Also for sale are items that have been seized by the Thai
police and Thai courts as a result of criminal activity by the previous
owners.A recent trend has been for
the auctioning of property. This is not only seized Real estate assets
but also houses, industrial units and condominiums.
The main business for auctioneers is no
doubt the sale of industrial equipment. On the main highway from Bangkok
to Chonburi there are several of these auction businesses with yards
full of cranes, JCB's, forklift trucks and earth moving and construction
equipment.
