F.L.S. Automation is a Danish company
that supplies and distributes High level Automation and control systems
in Thailand. ECS/ProcessExpert is a high-level control and optimisation
solution for complex process such as pyro processes. Control
optimisation is performed using the ECS/Process Expert advanced
capabilities that are specifically tailored to meet the individual user
requirements.
The control and optimisation system is based on the well-known
industrial platform ECS (Expert Control & Supervision) system specially
developed for supervisory control, monitoring and reporting functions.
Depending on the application type, advanced expert system techniques
such as fuzzy-logic, neural-networks, Statistical Process Control (SPC)
and Model-based Predictive Control (MPC) are used in the ECS/ProcessExpert
application modules to enable hybrid control schemes to meet the
requirements of the specific process control issues. These modules will
perform complex and steady evaluations of process conditions, and
execute adequate control actions on a more frequent and reliable basis
than human operators. Being an open tool-box, ECS/ProcessExpert allows
the implement solutions to be specifically tailored to the needs of each
plant by incorporating the best control knowledge of all. The ECS/ProcessExpert
system will assist the operators on their control tasks on a 24-hour
basis.
FLSmidth Automation´s subsidiary, FLS Airloq, has developed a range of
systems characterised by high accuracy, reproducibility and minimal
maintenance. There is a complete range of equipment for analyzing gases
at temperatures up to 1300ºC. Highly effective harsh-environment
protection is incorporated to ensure long-term reliability of the
equipment supplied based on our many years of experience.
FLS Airloq's gas analysis systems have proved their worth across a broad
spectrum of industrial processes, including cement, lime, minerals,
power plants and waste incineration. The emission analysis equipment is
able to fulfil the demand set by legislation in countries around the
world. Together with ECS/StackGuide emission reporting and calculation
system Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEM) is guaranteed regardless of
reference legislation involved (EPA, EU).
FLSmidth Automation's CemScanner and GrateScanner exploit infra-red line
scanner technology to measure rotary kiln shell and grate-cooler clinker
temperatures, enabling kiln operators to better supervise and fine-tune
kiln system operation. |
