Gallothai Co., Ltd., started selling Belgian Chocolates
under the name of "Duc de Praslin Belgium" (see logo) in November 1993.
A long learning period was necessary before we produced the first
Belgian chocolates in Bangkok. The training was done in Belgium near
Brussels, where "Duc de Praslin Belgium" has its production facilities
for Europe.
The "Maitre Chocolatier" Mr. Denis Colombien was to teach the
Graindorge's father and son, all his know-how in the field of
chocolate-making.
Since 1993, we have been producing handcrafted chocolates, with the best
quality raw materials and following the original recipes of the
Chocolate house "Duc de Praslin Belgium".
Most of our raw materials are imported, though we try to use a maximum
of quality local raw materials. One example are our delicious chocolate
enrobed coffee beans, sourced and processed in Thailand. |
