Company Profile: Siam Seaport began its first year of
operation,
handling mainly bulk raw materials. Its operation has since then
expanded to serve more variety of products including bulk and

bulk cargoes, steel and wood products, chemicals and
agricultural commodities |

Its extensive 4 berths with total length of 745 metres and
capable of accommodating 4 ocean going vessels simultaneously and its large
warehousing storage capacity of 65,230 sq.m. have enabled Siam Seaport to
provide handling capacity in excess of 3,000,000 metric tons of cargo
throughput. Siam Seaport is looking forward to increasing its cargo throughput
volume in the near future.
Siam Seaport is planning to develop further both its berth handling capacity as
well as its storage capacity in order to achieve even larger handling volume in
the next millenium, while maintaining its quality of service |
