Q-Fac Co., Ltd. our affiliated company,
established in February 12, 1991 is located on 128,000 square meter of
land in the compound of Bangpoo Industrial Estate, 263 Moo 4 Soi 4c ,
Sukhumvit Rd, Pragsa , Samut Prakarn Province , Tel. 02-7094164-6 Fax
02-3230951. The whole area consists of 1 office building plus 1 QC.
laboratory , 3 operation houses , 6 warehouses and facilities for
loading and un-loading bulk chemicals. The company operates the plant
for blending, formulating and repackaging of various kinds of
agricultural chemical products as a custom operator.
Throughout the years of operation the company has gradually earned a
reputation for their high quality works and efficient performances
including meeting the deadline and being within the budget. This is
because we have confidence in our highly-motivated team and our
integrity as well as our awareness of newly development of equipments
and technologies. Therefore, at present, the service is not only limited
to the local firms in the country but also was extended to serve those
of nearby countries as well.
Liquid formulation and repackaging
With most up-to-date machines, the company can formulate and repack all
kinds of technical grade of emulsifiable concentrate, water-soluble
concentrate, and soluble concentrate of insecticides, fungicides,
herbicides and liquid fertilizers. Repackaging sizes can vary from 3 ml
sachet to 200 litre drum, depending on the customer requirement.
Powder repackaging
Fully furnished with the most modern facilities, the company can provide
the service for repackaging of the smallest size of 1.5 gm sachet up to
25 kg bag of wet table powder, water dispensable granular and dry
flowable forms of insecticide, fungicide and herbicide.
Sand-coated formulation and repackaging
With very high standard equipment imported from the USA , the company
can formulate insecticides, fungicides, herbicides and fertilizers by
using sand and bentonite clay as a carrier. The full capacity of our
machines is 6,000 tons per annum.
Laboratory
Fully furnished with equipments and apparatus, our laboratory is not
only limited for indoor service, but can also provide the outdoor
services to customers. Besides the basic testing services the company
can also provide the service on the development of suitable formulation
of insecticides, fungicides, herbicides and fertilizers. Also with
high-standard equipment our laboratory can even render the shelf life
test of those chemicals.
