& Eitzen" acquired 80% of the shares of The East Asiatic Shipping
Co.,Ltd. which has ceased its shipping activities. E.A.S. Maritime
Agencies has continued to service all their major clients. For over a
hundred years, The East Asiatic Shipping Co.,Ltd.had been growing in the
flourishing shipping industry in Thailand. The knowledge and
experience gained from generation to generation have been passed down to
the present day. E.A.S. Maritime Agencies has inherited a cordial
working relationships from The East Asiatic Shipping Co., fostered over
