H.V.C International Ltd was founded in the
year 1989 by a group of experts in the field of chemicals and
lubricating textiles. Also has this group created a new idea called the
“Green Concept” which concerns lubricating oil, high temperature
lubricating grease and food machinery grease, used for the food,
beverage and medicine industry. Also we offer a selection of special
sprays that are now used in many industrial plants around Bangkok...
In the first stages “H.V.C” used to import it’s products from countries
in the western regions to supply it’s customers, but cause of the high
rising number of customers and the high importing costs, we solved this
problem by producing our own products. This is done by our factories,
which work by machines under the well-known label “Luko”.
The products made in those factories also include machine and motor oil.
Besides that “H.C.V” also has built water treatment laboratories to
analyze the quality of water that our customers can use to test their
water in boiler, cooling and chiller system. Also we have a public
relations division to assist and help our customers create and market
their own brand name.
There is also a project planned, that includes the expansion of our
company to the main industry areas all over Thailand, starting with
Rayong in the year 2008 to be able to supply our customers with in 24
hours.
Grease section
Lithium complex moly grease is a manifold purpose product that is
mixed with moly, and helps to reduce the wear and tear effect, and is
good for car bearings that have to work under high pressure.
Synthetic grease is developed for the new industrial age, which
concerns chain fabrication. Synthetic grease is resistant till up to 350
degrees Celsius and can be used for a long period, since it is resistant
to heat.
Food Grade grease is a special white and odorless grease that is
suitable for the food and medicine industry . Accepted and registered by
NSF . We have multipurpose and synthetic grade that provide hi –temp ,
water resistant and long life.
Aluminum complex grease is used for generally purposes , which is
resistant to heat up to 260 Celsius. This product is suitable for hi
speed , water resistant and hi – load.
Anti-seize grease, a special grade grease which is resistant up
to 1,100 F. Helps prevent the screws to get stuck after a long period.
Bentone grease has no melting point. This product is suitable for
bearings,
ovens and other machines that have to work under high temp pressure but
it is not suitable for machines that have to deal with high rotation and
water.
Bentone moly grease has no melting point which is good for work
under high heat levels and high pressure. The moly works like a cover
for the metal or bearings and reduces the wear and tear effect. This
product is not suitable for high rotations and water. Bentone moly
grease can resist up to 300Celsius.
Lithium EP Grease is used for generally lubrication that
temperature below 180 C
Lithium complex grease is a manifold purpose product resistant to
heat, water, high rotation. This product is most used for car bearings,
and bearings which have to work under high temperature and pressure
Oil section
“Hydraulic oil” is used for lubricating to reduce the wear and tear
effect of the engine. Viscosity from form 10 to 150
Gear oil SAE 90’140” is a special GL 6 gear oil (red color with
tackyness film ), which is mostly used for heay duty application . .
The “SAE slide way 68,220” is a lubricating oil to reduce fiction on
metal l surface ISO 68 is suitable for a horizontal, and ISO 220 is
suitable for a vertical line.
The “cutting oil” is used for coolant and anti rust in metalworking .
“Food grade oil” is lubricating oil, that suitable for food processing .
NSF registered
“Compressor” (Synthetic) ISO 32, 46, 68 is fully synthetic oil (Diester
base) which helps to improve and expand operating hour which will become
up to 3000- 5000
“Compressor oil” (PAO) ISO 32, 46, 68 is fully synthetic oil (food
grade) which has the ability to resist more than 250 C and reduce carbon
deposits. The maintenance period of this product is from 5,000 to 7,000
hours.
Cleaner section
The “Degreaser” is used for generally cleaning of dirt caused by
oil, asphalt, fat and grease, which is used in refinery, motor shops,
petrol stations and construction machines for kitchens in hotels.
The “Fin coil cleaner” has the ability to clean stains caused by
fat and dust which is caused by electrical charging of the finned coil
without damaging the aluminum
The “Radiator cleaner” is used to clean of scale and rust
inhibitor the radiator by cooling down the radiator and the thermostat
which has the effect that the heating system is able to work on it’s
full efficiency.
The “Oxygen controller for cooling system” is used to protect
scale and has no negative effect to the water pumps, valves, sprinkler
and the seal, and it also protects the water from rust.
The “Scale remover for the boiler” is used for reduce and protect
scale cause from hardener water .
The “Oxygen controller for the boiler” helps to get rid of the
oxygen in the water to protect it from the oxide of the oxygen and the
metal surface, which helps to expand
the long life of pipes.
The “Anti corrosion chiller” also helps to get rid of the oxygen
in the water, expand the long life of pipes’ and also reduces the wear
and tear effect by creating a film surface.
The “Electric motor cleaner” is used to clean the electric motor
from oil stains, which is not flammable and helps to reduce the wear and
tear effect.
The “Drain opener” is used in waste water industry, which
dissolves any kind organic materials, but does not have any effect on
the pipes.
The “Rust remover” is used to get rid of rust which appears on
the steel surface. There are to special 2 chemicals included in the
“Rust removers” which have following abilities Has high efficiency in
infiltrating Is a cover for the steel The “Rust stop” is used to protect
from rust, and you also will be able to paint over the cleaner area too.
The “Scale remover” is used to get rid of scale which is attached
to the metal surface. This product includes three different kinds of
chemicals. The first one helps the scale remover to infiltrate into
surface rapidly . The second one helps to get rid of scale which is
hardened on the metal surface. And the third one will create a anti
corrosion film cover the metal.
The “Epoxy Putty A and B” is an American product which has the
form of two part like putty . When mixed will harden like steel. It is
easy to use and less expensive than any other Epoxy product.
The “Lubricool EP ” is a metalworking used for grinding and
“CNC”machinery, coolant machine to work without problems. |
