Sugarless Syrups
UENO MU series (Maltitol syrup) are recognized as materials of "Food for
specified health use". These are sugar alcohol used for sugarless foods
functioning as low calories, mild taste and non tooth decay. These also
are acceptable to diabetics. Maltitol syrup is highly suitable as
sweetening ingredient in the manufacturing process of
confectionery,cakes, candies, jam, baked goods, barbeque sauce and table
top sweetener.
Sorbitol
Sorbitol is one of sugar alcohol and has a pleasant, cool and refreshing
after taste. It also is not harmful to dental health and is acceptable
to diabetics. Sorbitol is widely used as low-sweetness ingredient in
many food manufacturing processes for confectionery, chewing gum,
candies, baked goods, pastry, mustard and ice-cream. Sorbitol is also
used as ingredient in cosmetics, toothpaste and pharmaceutical products.
Sorbitol Compound
"PREBEST TP" is the powder product used in preserving freshness and
preventing the denaturation of protein in the fish paste called "Surimi"
during in freeze before making final products such as "KAMABOKO", "CHIKUWA"
and "CRAB-meat KAMABOKO". Furthermore Ueno-Thailand is expected to meet
