Grand Condotel has
been around for a few years and has proven to be a popular
development. Re-sale prices have kept high and new properties on
the market tend to be "snapped up" so I am told. Good location,
close to the beach yet easy to get to the local restaurants,
bars and of course the Baht bus to Pattaya. I have read so many
Real Estate websites I am starting to talk like a real estate
agent now. Come on Michael focus.

project has it's plus points and it's negative points. I hope that the
