Ocean Marina unique (at the moment) in the Pattaya Jomtien area in, as the name suggests, having a fully function marina and supporting boating facilities. I must admit my only trip to this complex involved a visit to the toilet in the basement yacht club. However I was impressed by the facilities there. There were showers and changing rooms as well as lockers all essential for when you return from a day of sailing.

Every project has it's plus points and it's negative points. The Pros

•  If you have a boat then at the moment this is the only place to be.

The Cons

• I got to check again but this development looks awfully close to the beach. If it is within 200 meters then there could be legal problems.
