 Jomtien Plaza has a prime
location on the corner of Jomtien Beach and the road to Pattaya.
Being close to the beach (too close according to Thai Law - but
they got away with it) Most units
in Jomtien Plaza have a magnificent full panoramic view of Jomtien bay. However if the View Talay 7 project goes ahead then
condos on the north side of this curved building will lose their
sunsets. This condominium
is in what can only be described as the "center of the action"
in Jomtien. Surrounded by old, new, and future developments.
Unfortunately this condo which was once one of the tallest and
in my view pleasing on the eye designs will soon be
overshadowed. Overshadowed literally by Ocean 1 Tower to be
built a couple of huundred yards away. Ocean 1 a megalith 90+
story skyscraper that will indeed cast a very big shadow over
the whole area.
The views from almost every condo in
Jo,tien Plaza is magnificent. I think this picture is very
significant. The sun setting over Jomtien bay. However look
closely at the vacant plot of land adjoining the beach. Picture
taken sometime in 2006 and now in 2007 this area now occupied by
the controversial VT7 project. A project that if it is allowed
to continue will end those beautiful sunsetd for half the owners
in Jomtien Plaza. Such a shame!!

project has it's plus points and it's negative points. I hope that the

The Pros
- Great Location
- Lots of good restaurants surrounding
this building
The Cons
- North side units may have their
view restricted if VT 7 goes ahead
- When firework parties are held
on the beach, New Year, Songkran etc this condo becomes a
shooting range. I have seen rockets exploding within inches of
the windows - scary
"Jomtien plaza, although a nice
place, I found it noisy, as these condo's always have people
renovating their rooms"
