View Talay 3 Pratamnak. This new Soviet style monstrosity from the Tonka Toy school of architecture has large size studio condominiums with great views over Jomtien Beach and the Bay. Location of View Talay 3 Just beside Pattaya Park, (VERY) ocean front.

Location is easy to get too as long as you are either prepared to walk down from the main Pattaya-Jomtien Road or are willing to pay a premium to the Baht Bus rip off merchants. Having your own car or at least a two wheeled transport would be a good idea.

Another View Talay cornflake box design which seems to be quite popular with the buyer who has more money than taste - in architecture that is.

I have a condo in View Talay 3 that I'd like to either sell or rent. It's a studio condo on the 17th floor with great views over Jomtien Bay. It has full marble and granite floors, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, microrwave, dressers, couches, a king size bed, built in kitchen cabinets with built in sink.

I am looking for someone to rent on a long term basis. Or maybe on a monthly term.
