In Thailand Pattaya and especially Jomtien Beach
is THE place to buy or rent a property, condominium or house. There
are more beautiful locations like Phuket and Koh Samui but right now prices
for property are more reasonable along the Easter Seaboard.
Pattaya is the
perfect place to enjoy beachfront living alongside the vibrant nightlife and
exotic entertainment venues of this booming Thai seaside resort. There are
also dozens of good quality housing projects in Pattaya
that are really good value at the moment. A lot of houses and a shortage of
buyers. A good time to negotiate a bargain price house or villa by the beach.
