 Yensabai Condo is a cheap and cheerful condominium
apartment in the centre of Pattaya. Best known for it's cheap
rooms, handy location for picking up bar girls and bar boys and
the large number of western guys who mysteriously end their days
committing suicide by jumping off the balconies.
I used to live in a low cost low
class housing estate near Barnsly in Yorkshire. Being on the
ground floor it was not an uncommon event to have a drug dealer
climb through the window to avoid the police. Yensabai - Drug
dealers, prostitution, police raids reminds me of home!

The Pros
- As already stated within walking
distance of Walking Street and within staggering distance on the way
home.
- Some residents swear they never need
to leave the complex to go to Walking Street as when the go-go bars
close Walking street comes to them. What a great saving on bar
fines.
The Cons
- If you do decide to reside in
Yensabai do make sure your passport and visa stamps are in
order. You don't need to pay a visit to Pattaya immigration as
they are known to make home visits Yen Sabai indeed (which means
cool in Thai)
