Katalina Condo is a small low rise condominium soi 7 Jomtien Beach.
Set back about 400 meters from the beach this property is within walking
distance of the new immigration office. Shade will be provided by the 87
storey Ocean One Tower which may be built almost next door.
Every
project has it's plus points and it's negative points. I hope that the

The Pros
- For me I would prefer a low rise
condominium. The place I have now is 34 stories high.
- Quite a busy area with shops
restaurants and a few bars close by
The Cons
- Serious concerns about the
environmental effects of Ocean One Tower being built so close
by.
